Kyle Eastham, The Black Belt Speaker

Kyle Eastham, author of the book, Life is a Bowl of Choices, holds the rank of 3rd degree black belt in judo, 3rd degree black belt in aikido, and 1st degree black belt in karate. He speaks to adults as well as youth organizations to inspire them to kick bad habits, stomp out procrastination, choke out unproductive activity, and slam lame excuses. Kyle has worked as a judo instructor, game warden, trainer, human resources manager, investigator, cashier, and soldier. He has over 15 years of experience as a speaker and trainer. Kyle continues to coach students as well as adults in sport judo, including several state champions. Kyle also teaches women’s self-defense courses for companies, associations, churches, and community organizations.

Kyle has a Bachelors degree in Wildlife Ecology and a Masters degree in Public Administration. He is a contributing editor to Distributor Development Resource magazine.

Kyle holds several leadership positions in his church and community, including an organization that supports police officers and firefighters. Kyle plays the four-string banjo and serves as the emcee for the Okie Dokie Banjo Band! Kyle and his wife, Rebecca, live with their two dogs, Maggie and Tucker, in Oklahoma City.

Kyle is active in the Oklahoma Speakers Association.
